Recombinant Diagnostics LLC acquires hereditary cancer risk-assessment Panels, donates them to qualifying §501(c)(3) public charities, and allocates the resulting charitable-contribution deduction to its Class A Members via Schedule K-1. The benefit is a tax allocation, not an investment return.

Members subscribe

Verified accredited investors subscribe for Class A Units and fund into escrow. Capital supports Panel acquisition and program administration.

02 · Donate

Panels are donated

The Company donates the Panels to qualifying §501(c)(3) public charities whose clinical partners put them to their charitable use.

03 · Deduct

Deduction flows through

Each Member’s allocable share of the resulting charitable deduction is reported on a Schedule K-1, with the substantiation the Code requires.
