A charitable-donation program that acquires hereditary cancer risk-assessment Panels and donates them to qualifying public charities — passing the resulting charitable deduction through to its Members.
Recombinant Diagnostics LLC acquires hereditary cancer risk-assessment Panels, donates them to qualifying §501(c)(3) public charities, and allocates the resulting charitable-contribution deduction to its Class A Members via Schedule K-1. The benefit is a tax allocation, not an investment return.
Verified accredited investors subscribe for Class A Units and fund into escrow. Capital supports Panel acquisition and program administration.
The Company donates the Panels to qualifying §501(c)(3) public charities whose clinical partners put them to their charitable use.
Each Member’s allocable share of the resulting charitable deduction is reported on a Schedule K-1, with the substantiation the Code requires.
*Per-Panel Charitable Deduction Value is a fixed amount elected by the Manager; the deduction is taken at the lesser of $5,975 per Panel or the value determined by a qualified appraisal. The Company does not guarantee deductibility.
The Panel identifies certain inherited germline variants that may be associated with elevated risk for specified cancers. It is not a medical or clinical service and does not screen for, detect, confirm, or diagnose active cancer or any other disease.
Because this is a Rule 506(c) offering, participation is available only to verified accredited investors. Confirm your status to begin.
